Mein 2610 ist kaputt: USB-Stecker lose, Display beschlagen.
Auf meine Anfrage an Garmin UK erhielt ich folgende Antwort:
Thank you for contacting Garmin Europe Support
You will have to send the GPS into us and are engineers will have to have
looked the GPS you will have to send me your full name address and telephone
number, if the GPS is in 12 mouths of you buys it you will need to send a
copy of a receipt. In my return email I will send you're the returns number
and the address where you got to send it, turn around time is about 3
working weeks. If you GPS is out of the 12 month warranty are engineer will
contact you with a quote for the repair.

Ich kann ja durchaus erahnen, was gemeint ist.
Allerdings bin ich jetzt am Überlegen, ob wohl auch der zuständige Techniker
eine ähnlich "Qualifikation" wie der product supporter aufweist ....
