setting a fixed limit =>30km/h, overriding it popsup the 80 message page
With display backlight off, the alert page was showed with backlight on.

Continuing about "FULL SCREEN" alarm...
I made a few tests with V-map and I now have following remarks:
1. When you choose fixed limit which is under the official limit for particular road, then: the pop-up screen activates every time you exceed this value (literally, e.g. 30 km/h, 40km/h etc...);
2. When you choose fixed limit which is over the official limit for particular road, then: the pop-up screen activates every time you exceed the official limit for the road you're driving/riding on;
Unfortunately, in both cases (1 and 2) the pop-up screens does not activate the screen and the screen remains turned off (if we choose such energy-safe mode)...
